Airports, border crossings, train stations, and hotels usually offer internet access, but not always when your battery is low or a network is overloaded. A travel document folder gives you a second path to important information. It does not need to be complicated. It needs to be current, readable, and available without a connection.
Create a digital folder with your passport or identity document copy, visas, tickets, accommodation details, insurance information, prescriptions, emergency contacts, and any required booking references. Save files for offline use rather than relying on a cloud link that may require a new login.
Keep copies useful but limited
Only include information that helps with the trip. Too many files make searching harder and increase the cost if the device is lost.
